RETURN POLICY

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@speedyactionfit.com to request a return and to receive an RMF (Return Merchandise Form).

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the user. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. When we receive your product(s) your refund will be processed immediately!
  • Please note: All Promotional items for "donations" do not apply to this policy. Promotional products are non-refundable as "cash". If you receive a damaged Promotional product or order did not arrive. We will send you a new product as per order. All you have to do is email us at support@speedyactionfit.com. Please include the following in your email.
  • Your order number
  • Product name of the item, you wish to report 
  • Reason for requesting
  • Including pictures of product (if there is any damage)

Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns. Express shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to customers who have paid for this extra service.      

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.

(Speedyactionfit.com will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping)

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us at support@speedyactionfit.com 

  • Your order number
  • Product name of the item, you wish to return
  • Reason for requesting an RMF (Return Merchandise Form)
  • Including pictures of product (if there is any damage)

    Defective or Wrong Items:

    If you received the wrong product from us, or if it arrives defective or damaged because of its transit, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@speedyactionfit.com. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you as soon as possible.

    Missing items:

    If you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions and coming from a difference warehouses. Simply email us at support@speedyactionfit.com with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    (Please following instruction before submitting ANY returns. speedyactionfit.com will not accept any return on less it is properly processed).
